Amino Acids + Proteins:
-General structure (primary, secondary, tertiary, quaternary)
-Properties of amino acids (amino acids being amphoteric)-The R group, amine group and carboxyl group
-Bonds (peptide, ionic, disulphide, hydrogen)

i'm not sure if i am meant to write here or not, but i thought i may as well tell you all that there is a website called chem4kids which really isn't for kids at all, but i found it kinda useful. it has got some stuff on proteins as well.
